Products
Johnson's Meat Market carries a variety of fresh meat items including Ribeye Steaks, New York Strip Steaks, Pork Chops, Chicken and more. Our specialty items include Steak Wraps, Chicken Grillers, Stuffed Pork Chops, and Sirloin Patties. We also carry a variety of specialty burgers! All of our products are smoked fresh in our smokehouse in St. James including Summer Sausage, Smoked and Fresh Brats, Hot Dogs, and Snack Sticks.
Beef Jerky
Beef Jerky varieties include: Original, Pepper, Garlic, Teriyaki, Bloody Mary, and Shenya's Favorite (Pressed & Formed).
Fresh Meat
We offer a large selection of fresh meat cuts including beef, pork, and chicken. We have basic beef cuts like our tender and juicy New York Strip Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Flat Iron Steaks, and Sirloins. Pork cuts we offer are Boneless Chops, Loin Chops, Pork Steak, Country Style Ribs and much more. We also carry fresh Ground Beef and Ground Pork. Bulk Pork Sausage varieties include: Italian, Chorizo, Classic and Old Fashioned.
Johnson's Old Fashioned Hot Dogs
These are good old fashioned hot dogs made with only the freshest beef and pork! Varieties include: Original, Cheddar, and Chili Cheese.
Smoked Bacon
Our delicious smoked bacon comes in Original, Pepper, and Maple. We also carry cottage bacon, which is a leaner type bacon that comes in Original and Maple.
Snack Sticks
Varieties include Cheddar Cheese, Garlic, Original, Pepperoni, Pepperjack Cheese, Spicy Blue Cheese, Hot, Bacon Cheddar, Bourbon, Teriyaki, Honey Ham, Bloody Mary, Cheddar Jalapeno, Spicy Garlic, Triple X Hot, Honey BBQ, Sweet Habanero, and Cheez-a-licious to name a few.
Summer Sausage
Summer Sausage varieties include: Original, Garlic, Thuringer, Jalapeno, Jalapeno Cheddar, Cranberry (seasonal), Cranberry Cheddar (seasonal).

Smoked Brats
We have many different types of smoked brats to choose from including: Original, Bacon Ranch, Party, Cajun, Italian, Mac 'n Cheese, Philly Cheese, Jalapeno, Jalapeno Cheddar, Wild Rice Mushroom. We also carry fresh brats: Original, Bacon Cheddar, and Cheddar. We occasionally have other varieties please give us a call if your favorite is not listed.
